What should I bring to each session?

For each session, please wear suitable swimwear and bring a swim cap and goggles. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

How many sessions per week should I attend?

It all depends on your goals. If you're looking to improve your cardio and mobility, attending one session per week will be beneficial. For those aiming to build endurance and overall fitness, two sessions a week will provide noticeable progress. If you're serious about competition and want to push your limits, three sessions a week will help you perform at your best.

Do you train year-round?

We train throughout the year, with 1-2 week breaks during holidays seasons.

What if I don't know how to swim?

Our squad welcomes swimmers of all levels! However, we do ask that participants are able to swim at least 15 meters.
